This happens when the BIOS is not for your notebook, but it is pointless in your case, because the BIOS is exactly for the HP 630.
For a faster response of the flash tool, I disabled the platform check by bios in the mod. It usually works, it seems like I shouldn't have done it this time. I reverted the changes, but the flashing will start slowly.

The mod is available at the same link!

Thank you.
But after redownload your mod and apply it , found that problem still persist.

I have saw that it's different approch to patch the dll file, so if do You want try this one ...
We will wait the "Sweet Kitten" response, but meanwhile You have a chance to try :

P.S. unpack rename as original and replace into mod servicepack folder, then run againf InsydeFlash

I'm giving a look to the code and for me this it's enough to make the mod ...

If so, then I have no clue what is going on.
But referring to the history of posts with LOST_N_BIOS's mods, he might not have used the MultiFD function because he made mods for each platform separately. Perhaps this is the problem, and I shouldn't have touched the .ini files either.
Also, @uwyref , does the original update from the support site work?

for about 6 hours ago i also have a thought about doing something on .ini files.
I try to get .ini from stock bios and successfully flashed.
After auto reboot my bios become stuck and have blinking A on keyboard
I have to debrick by HP_TOOLS from stock F.38 sp60723 (official hp site) using Phoenixtool.
Then i try upgrade to stock F.39 sp64612, it's smothly applied.

This indicates that the BIOS was successfully flashed, but the RSA check patch for this BIOS does not work. And it also suggests that I still do not fully understand how things are with the methods of bypassing it. Now we at least know that the platform of your device is 3672 or 3674.

Let's follow the same way of using the BIOS version before implementing this protection. Flash sp53673 modded as you already did it somehow with sp64612

Okay, after checking from entering bios info and many windows applications, it saying board type is 3673.

I confirmed this version (F.19.mod) successfully flashed, no issue when downgrade from F.39(stock) to your F.19(mod).
However ,I didn't do .ini files replacement this time.

For hanging behaviour after clicking start i found that 'unplug and plug' (while AC powered) battery resolve it, keyboard and touchpad become functional again to click OK button then erase/write process starting until autorestart.
Entering F.19 mod bios, showing all mod are activated.

I use the same method 'unplug and plug' battery on your F.39 mod, didn't succeed after all.

Maybe you can create mod on fully multi-FD F.39 @Sweet Kitten

Thank you.

Hi!
sp53673 is not for your notebook pc and as I can not unlock Insyde bios F.39 for HP630 I also can not unlock F.2A for HP G4-2072la. They use the same protection.
But for testing, we can take one version below the newest (F.26). Try sp60936 modded.

Thanks for the help first of all, but it had a problem when opening insydeflash it recognizes my bios and starts the process then my laptop restarts but when checking the bios version at startup it is still f.2.a there is no way to dowgrade without flash to a previous version?

To be honest, it's not very clear to me why your BIOS stays on the same version after reboot. In the case of flashing Insyde BIOSes, a reboot means a successful completion of the process, but rarely a reboot can also occur before the process starts. I need to know if everything is going as it should, can you see the progress bar on flashing or it goes to reboot right after the start?

Installing a mod on some BIOS version already implies flashing the BIOS of that version.
I gave this archive to someone for tests and there was a minimum feedback. I did not receive confirmation from him about changing the version number. With him I only found out that the BIOS is being flashed triggering permission check for bootblock downgrade. This means InsydeFlash initializes completely without problems. That's all I got from him.

Regarding the problem with keeping the BIOS in its original state after flashing the mod, I do not think that this is a EFI recovery occurs, because you do not seem to see second installation.
Although, replace the BIOS files (.bin files) in my archive with the original ones of the same version (F.26), and we'll see what happens.
