@SoniX - do you have the Intel PDF's for SNB, that I need to update from 2104 to latest, this post describes some information on items need removed at a few interim update positions

I do not have PDF files for the SNB/IVB.

For such a radical transfer of settings 2104 -> 2170/2171 only manual intervention is needed.
Open both versions in BMP and comparing each item to make the necessary changes.
You will also need to check new options that were not in 2104, and configure them if necessary.

Thanks @SoniX, I assumed I'd maybe have to do manually. The user at link above ended up answering right away and had PDF from 2170, so I'll have it's change log / notes to use to guide me.

Is this PDF something you could possibly provide Lost_N_BIOS?

Should I update manually using MMTool + IBMP or CloneVBT if I want to upgrade from SNB/IVB 2137 to 2171?

Is there any difference or benefit using one over the other?

EDIT: Nevermind, got it working. Both motherboards with a Celeron G1610 and another one with a Core i7-3770. Once again, thank you for the resources.

Sorry to disturb, I'm triyng for the first time to update VBT using Intel BMP, I get a lot of "Unable to find symbol", do I have to ignore them? I can't proceed, it says "apply correct settings" Z170 platform from 207 to 228...

This is not an error. In 228 there are simply no certain parameters and there are new ones. This is normal. To use 228 you must already transfer the settings manually.

In 228 version there are parameters that are not present in 221 and previous version, so I don't know what to choose...

Not sure where to post this or if you were already aware of the new BCT (Binary Configuration Tool for Intel(R) FSP).

It's like BMP, but for FD (Flash Descriptor) and VBT (but gives errors when loading a BSF provided in the SampleCode/Vbt of any architechture?!).

@SoniX. It`s been a few months w/out news on VBIOS updates... is v.1065 still the latest known for SKL/KBL ? and v.1025 for CoffeeLake ?

Yes, there were no new versions yet. There are also practically no leaks of stock versions of VBIOS OROM + BSF.
