WTF i'm just stupid =(

This Razer RTX 2060 VBIOS giving all sorts of errors - thought I'd upload so you can have a look!

cant seem to make this work on my system , i tried dumping the x.bios via nvflash64, dragged it to the gopbatchfile and reflashed the updated bios. still no go for me. vga light still on

current system is: 3700x , strix x570-e , strix 2070super

can anyone please help

when i tried the latest version of gop updater it says "cecho.exe"

for some weird reason the cecho.exe file just disappears

Most of the time anti virus software will detect cecho.exe as a virus\unwanted app and remove or quarantine it immediately.
To get it to work, you would need to add it to exclusions in the anti virus software or disable auto protect temporarily, at your own risk obviously, worked fine for me.

Okay was able to finally update the uefi version, flashed it using nvflash64 , but the white vga light is still on 😭😭😭

@RaskaipikaFWR - that is a vBIOS update linked above for your graphics card (VGA BIOS update).
Flash that, then dump it with GPU-z if you want it further updated with what we update here (The GOP/EFI area)

Your BIOS mod's as usual - the usual warnings and FYI messages.
Which nvflash are you using?
The SUPER cards require an older but not too old version to be able to flash the modded BIOS successfully
try version: nvflash_5.556.0 or nvflash_5.567.0 - and as always from an Admin CMD!
Directly check with -v after flash if there is UEFI line and version visible - if not, reflash your old back-BIOS immediately

Do not forget, if needed only, to --protect-off first (nvflash commandline)

hi guys, i used the gopupd and it was able to update the uefi version, i even dragged the updated bios to the nvidia rom info batch file and it showed the new uefi gop version for turing which is 0x00015. i used nvflash64 -6
and it was successfull, but when i dumped the bios using gpu-z it still shows the old uefi version x0005f

still getting that awful VGA light in my x570 motherboard

How have you been? Is the 2nd post have the latest revision? I tried to download the link you had thinking there is a later version but in chrome I get a warning about the site and from safari it downloads as download.php.

Yep my mistake. What is posted in the OP is the latest version edited 2018. I can't get my EVGA GTX770 or EVGA GT 740 to display boot on MacPro5,1 with OpenCore Boot Manager. OpenCOre now enables unsupported GPU's such as the 700 series to display at boot GUI Console Gui but the issue is the GOP, so I updated to the latest GOP and it still does not display at the Boot GUI. I was told that running this script may change the CRC or signatures and not not display the Graphic Console Output properly.

@pcfr33k - Sorry, your post above confuses me even more now, I have no idea what your talking about, neither of the things/messages/vBIOS you quoted now relate to the card you just mentioned????
If you are having GOP issues due to mod vBIOS, don't secure boot, use legacy/CSM mode instead and stock vBIOS. Or you may be able to boot UEFI but with secure boot disabled and CSM enabled, but with UEFI Set as GFX option rom type, depending on your BIOS settings access

@xxad - It's OK Unprotect first, then erase, then write - maybe that will wipe the old info. If not, you'll have to wait until @Sylar76 or someone else can look at your vBIOS
