Since you got the entry "PATA SS" within the BIOS after having flashed the modded BIOS, there is no reason to restart the BIOS modding procedure.
You should succeed with a fresh Win10 installation onto the NVMe SSD by simply following my guide (= start post of this thread).

Hi, i'm new here. is there anyway to boot the "Windows Boot Manager" in Lenovo ThinkStation S30 automatically without hitting F12. Because i'm having the same issue here. Thanks

Which "same issue" do you have?
After having successfully flashed the correctly modded BIOS you should be able to get Win10 installed in UEFI mode onto the NVMe SSD.

Yes i've successfully flashed the modded BIOS and able to get Win10 installed in UEFI mode onto the NVMe SSD. However, each time when i start , i need to hit F12 and select the "Windows Boot Manager", if not, it prompted me "no boot device found". Is there anyway to boot into the Windows directly? anything i've missed-out or done wrong?

Enter the BIOS and set the "Windows Boot Manager" of your NVMe SSD as first (uppermost) bootable device.

There is no "Windows Boot Manager" in the BIOS. And i can't see "PATA SS" in the BIOS.

In this case I suspect, that the boot sector is not located on your NVMe SSD.
Please open the "Disk Management" of the OS and post a screenshot.

Thx for your reply. I'm happy to say I have, since the time of posting my message, managed to positively resolve my issue. The reason for my confusion and lack of progress was in how my mobo's UEFI named it's options for changing the bios mode. To be precise, it allows: both UEFI and Legacy (at once), disable Legacy or disable UEFI. In my earlier attempts at setting the BIOS to the correct mode I have used the wrong option/s. Once I chose the correct one, the rest went downhill just the way you described it in your guide.
