Here's an observation I've mad with an Asrock Z68Extr3Gen3:

Using included RtkUndiDxeX64_xx.ffs - v 2.023 - GUID EB53FCAD-(compressed) breaks onboard LAN.
Onboard LAN is shown in diagnosis as version 0.00A (original version included in bios) -> Better make replacing this an optional task.

I think that the TRIM command should work. AHCI in the BIOS function is present.

You use network booting an operating system in UEFI mode?
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 - But in the original versions of BIOS (2.10/2.20/2.30) don't have EFI LAN Realtek module. You'll integrate it manually?

Sorry, forgot to mention that I use bios L2.31A (in Beta section). This one has an EFI LAN module.

My apologies. Now comes the test of a new utility to display the version of OROM and EFI. For the patient: :)
1) Correct in UBU.bat string

set rlo=OROM 2.57 -> set rlo=OROM 2.58

2) Extract the attached file to a folder UBU the replacement of all files.

SoniX's UBU Tool only updates OROM and EFI modules, no Firmware.
If you want to update the Marvell 91xx Firmware, it is better to do it by using the installer of the Marvell 91xx Firmware package.

Yes, my fault, I meant OROM... Is there a module for firmware/bios, like old E6/E7 of non UEFI bioses?

AFAIK UEFI BIOSes don't need the separate bootloader, but I am not sure about that, because I never had a system with an on-board Marvell SATA Controller.
