For what it's worth, on my VIII HERO I don't see this running Win10.

This is what the update for Windows 10.

I use the Asus Maximus V Gene z77 + 3570, which is a better version of Microcode for this motherboard?

Hello, since microcodes version 1B and version 1C do match latest Microsoft patches (hotfix) for the genuine Intel processor and if you do not intend for overclocking, it seems the best to apply (at least for a Windows 7 x64 bit).
If you like to overclock then perhaps you could try the version 19 for Ivy Bridge.
UBU does tell it during the process when you upgrade the microcode, both for Ivy B and Sandy B which are the best for overclock (see pics):

I have used for a while the version 1B that came out nearly at the same time Microsoft pulled it out too with it's .dll file patched, then briefly used version 19 but upgraded to the latest version 1C on my i5 3570K. Since i do not overclock as much as before and my processor stays steady well at @4.4GHz i don't see the need for the version 19 anymore. I have also allow the sandy bridge to latest version 29.
Remember that i'm using Windows 7 x64 bit.
