I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but the MEAnalyzer displays "File does not contain Intel Engine firmware". I unzipped the file but maybe the BIOS image needs unpacked or something?

The file you linked contains a whole lot of AMD µcodes, probably it's a bios for an AMD board? Afaik AMD bioses don't use Intel ME.
