I have been trying to insert microcodes into the bios (PRG3110H.86A.0071.EB) and was first met with an error when attempting to read the rom created using the Universal Bios Backup Tool with the MMTool. I got the error 10000000h. Then Itried a workaround since I read that Intel bios, although an AMI bios, cannot be modded in the same way. So, I tried to use the Phoenix Tool 2.73, but while it was able to read, I did not find a way to extract. Finally, I attempted to use the UEFITool, was able to read the bios by extracting the bios from the .exe file using 7zip. Problem is, I tried each rom inside the bios file and cant seem to find the right one. All I really want is to insert the microcode for the Xeon E5450 so that it may work correctly, since it is working now as is, but very sluggishly and always around 80c. I would greatly appreciate the help.
