Hi,
I have this laptop with AMD dual core E1-2500 1.4Ghz. the problem the cpu all the time peak @99%, even when moving the mouse around. thought if it can be overclocked that might help.....

Rampage4Gene-3930k-GTX Strix1060 6G-AX1200- Win8.1x64
(Windows 10 is crap OS)
