Because you are in the 32-bit subfolder, you have to look in the x64-folder for the 64-bit stuff.
Imagex creates a finished ISO after the slipstreaming itself has finished.
Another tip for everyone: Click on the never look for updates-option just before the end of the installation, updates mostly bloat your Windows system and are not that helpful for your security, because there are way bigger risks, one of the biggest is the user in fron of a computer.

@AbsoluteZero You need to navigate to the 'mobile slipstreaming'-folder or the 'SP2.10'-one, not the 'slim'-folder, in the 'slim'-folder is my Windows 7 slim project.
Afaik DISM.exe is not able to create an ISO out of an extracted folder, if you can achieve this you can use DISM.exe. And if I remeber corretly Windows AIK has its own tool to create an ISO. Just try out what you can achieve, like on other things in programing - there is not THE one way to do something, there are many differrent ways that will 'produce' the same or a very similar thing.

Brand new 4TB HD only reading 2Tb.
In order to access the full 4TB I need to
switch it to GPT format from it's current format, MBR.
My understanding is this can only happen if the BIOS is set to UEFI.
I used Legacy mode to install your W7 ISO.
Can I reinstall your ISO using UEFI mode without issue ?

@pvmt7 Yes, you can reinstall Windows 7 with my ISOs if you choose a x64 one. Windows 7 SP1 64-bit supports UEFI installation out-of-the-box, CSM required.
But if this is not the drive that you installed Windows on, you can convert it to a GPT disk in the disk management. Windows+R>diskmgmt.msc.

It's not the drive I installed W7 on.
and it's brand new so I'm not concerned about losing anything on it.
I go to disk mgmt,
I can see the 2nd drive;
New Volume(D:)
1677.90 GB NTFS
Healthy ( Primary Partition )
but when I right click on it, in any of it's locations
shown in disk mgmt.
the only options re formatting options available are "convert to dynamic disk"
or "format the disk"
Convert to GPT is not shown as an option.

Ah...got it...I think.
Install your x64ISO W7 SP1 64 bit support,
BIOS set to UEFI, CSM enabled.
THEN use diskmgmt and do the conversion to GPT.
Pretty sure that's what you were saying.

@pvmt7 This is true, I say that a conversion to GPT can be an option, but i say also that this is only possible if you have not installed Windows on the same drive, which means you have to reinstall Windows 7. (I read somewhere that a conversion from MBR to GPT is possible after an installation, but I would recommend to install Windows 7 again.

W7 RE install on my SSD using UEFI etc. and then
the 2nd 4TB HD can be reformatted
to GPT as discussed.
I'll disconnect the 4TB drive during W7 reinstall
just to be safe.

1.) How many drives do you have in total? Of what type are the SSD drives (SATA or NVMe) ?

2.) Do you have any important data, files, programs or games on any of your drives that you don't want to lose?

If 2.) isn't a problem, then I would strongly reccommend a clean re-install of W7 (like PatrickK suggested) and a clean partitioning/conversion of your drives prior to that! (I can tell you how to do that)

2 Drives in total;
A Samsung EVO 970 500GB SSD NVMe E.2
for my main drive and a 4TB WD Black for storage etc.
Other than the 1st W7 install,I haven't put anything onto the new system drive ( or the WD drive ), so nothing to lose, so to speak,
with a clean re-install of Partick's W7.
Is the re-install as straight forward as making sure the USB with the ISO has this time been formatted for UEFI
making sure BIOS have UEFI and CSM enabled and then rebooting with the "new" USB ?
Patrick's other ISO installed using Legacy in the BIOS without a single issue.
Any info re: partitioning etc. in order to make sure all 4Tb of the WD are available would be great !

If you are using the 4TB drive for storage you can convert it to GPT and leave your Windows 7 installation alone. No need to reinstall. Legacy BIOS can access, read and write GPT just not boot from GPT. UEFI with CSM enabled would only be required for it to be the boot drive.
