@Fernando I did almost the same steps as author of this post (I followed [Guide] How to get full NVMe support for all Systems with an AMI UEFI BIOS). I used UEFITool, and inserted the NvmExpressDXE_4 into FV_MAIN_NESTED, where all DXE Drivers (including CSMCORE) are. Then flashed the drive. Now the TX120 boots properly, and when NVME card is inserted I see the `PATA: SS` in bootable devices list (it's not there if I remove the card).

Yeah, I had hopes that I can run it... Another thing that made me think that this is possible is the fact that `dmidecode` returned me `UEFI is supported`. Even the TX120 manual mentions UEFI network stack. Therefore I hoped there is a possibility to run it.I posted in this topic as I have exactly the some motherboard. I don't think that this mobo was produced with different BIOS version. Most probably I also have the legacy one (There is no option to select Legacy/UEFI mode, no secure boot options, etc).

Hello, I also own a Fujitsu Primergy TX120 S3p and am running into issues with adding NVME support. The NVME SSD is shown as "PATA SS:" but I am not able to boot from it. When writing an image in Rufus with a GPT partitioning scheme I get a screen saying my bios is in CSM/legacy mode. I tried changing the Defaults in AMIBCP since I do not have the option in my BIOS but was unsuccessful in AMIBCP ( I found the "Launch CSM" line but had no values in Failsafe and Optimal I could change). Sadly the links to tinyupload.com which I believe contained a modded bios(?) do not load since tiny upload is down. I would be glad if someone could help.

Thank you for your reply! I am not quite sure I understand what you mean. I am fairly positive my bios is UEFI since adding the nvme module was successful. From the previous posts in this thread, I read that the options are locked and the defaults have to be changed in the bios file itself but I had issues following along. Could you perhaps help me or explain how I can force my bios to boot in EFI mode or is this not possible.

We know that the bios is UEFI but NVRAM defaults were set to Legacy bios first.

Not possible as its user private links and hes been away since January.
Can be provided a mod file with NVMe dxe module inserted, but not changed Setup values as provided in original mod file by that user.

EDIT: Sry but about further unlock into the core bios, i cant help u, try to reproduce steps in posts with IFR/HEX.

I got the same problem what previous users, i added dxe with nvme but still i see only boot option with PATA: SS just like in 1st post (screenshot ). I don't know what i should to do
