What version of Python is installed?

I checked versions 3.7 and 3.8. I have Vin x64, I installed Web and offline-install.
After installing the package itself:
"Win+R" - cmd (Enter)
\>pip install colorama
bla-bla-bla
\>pup install pltable
bla-bla-bla

Everything works without problems.0.

Added:
If you have earlier versions of Python installed, then uninstall them.

For all OROM VBIOS CFL 10xx we do not have .BSF files or pure OROM.

I do not think that you are using the CSM mode in which the OROM is used.
Most likely you are using UEFI mode, but it means using the GOP driver.

If you have a GOP driver bool version 1080 and VBT version below 221, then when updating the GOP driver to version 1108, you need to update the VBT 221 or higher,.

CloneVBT will not help you.
In the topic on Transferring settings, there were messages about the successful transfer and configuration of VBT 228 for the latest GOP Drivers for mobile devices.
Find these messages and ask for help.

@SoniX Thank you for posting the images, I tried moving the installation path from C:\Program Files (Windows protected folder) to root on C:\ but no change.
I did a system restore to 3 days ago before I removed Python 2.7.10 and upgraded Python 3.4.3 to 3.8.3 but this time I uninstalled both and then clean installed 3.8.3 and now UBU & MCE.py are working
With Python 2 being deprecated I never upgraded as I had a program that required it, fortunately that program has now been upgraded for Python 3 /derail

1) Start again setup Python
1.1) Select "Modify"

1.2) Check "py launcher"

1.3) Check "Associate files .... "


Done.

And try to run UBU again - Option 5
