I gotcha on the heavy medion. Since you are now using Gigabyte BIOS it is suggested to update that backup BIOS, if not it can cause issues, especially now since it's not same BIOS at all.
This is suggested by me with any all BIOS updates, once you are sure the BIOS you are using is stable and you like it. You can always backflash, and then backflash the backup BIOS too.
Or, if you do not want to do that, worried until your programmer arrives, I suggest switching on the SB Switch (Single BIOS)

Yes, Qflash should be there and working since you are now on all official Gigabyte BIOS. And yes, please go ahead and order a CH341A programmer and SOIC8 Test clip cable now, or a kit (EZP2010 or EZP2013).
It's too cheap not to order and it will save you sometime in the future for sure, if not from a bad BIOS flash then from flashing BIOS problems like this where you can't flash easily.

@kruchydik - all BIOS in this thread were user specific (has his board details, serial, LAN MAC etc)

Inside you will find Flash Programming Tool folder, and inside that a Windows or Win32 folder. Select that Win32 folder, hold shift and press right click, choose open command prompt here (not power shell)

Here is command to backup entire BIOS from the command prompt you opened above

I have motherboards GIGABYTE (medion) z170x Gaming 7 (bios GAZ170W0X.121 06/17/2016)
I can not upload the latest bios for the motherboard to Support 7th generation CPU.
When I try to upload the bios from the gigabyte page, I get this message.

I can upload bios via EZP2010 but I need a version that will support most processors and memory
Medion support does not have this motherboard update.
I have several of these motherboards.

I did backup, can you now update the bios of my motherboard.
What do I need to do to update my bios on other Medion GA Z170X 7 motherboards.

@kruchydik - thanks, I will work on this for you tonight. You said you have many of these boards correct, how many? If only a few, send me dump from each and name them so you and I will know which are which, each will need it's own mod BIOS.

@Lost_N_BIOS bios in your last post include F22m only with modified board id? so can i use it for stock medion board without dumping bios for you?

and also as i se you can read versions, can you compare last bios from Medion to GA bios?
