Does this tool work without any problem with gigabyte z170 gaming k3? I mean gigabyte z170 motherboards in general?

I used the tool and it created a bios filename "Gigabyte_Z170-Gaming_K3-CF_F23f.CON117.PCIE.U0P0.HT.ACPI.67ABCD.bin", the original bios from gigabyte website filename is "Z170GK3.23f", Do I keep the "Gigabyte_Z170-Gaming_K3-CF_F23f.CON117.PCIE.U0P0.HT.ACPI.67ABCD.bin" filename or rename it to "Z170GK3.23f"? Do I flash like I used to? saving into a usb flash device and then going into the motherboard bios and update it using the gigabyte q-flash utility? https://www.gigabyte.com/webpage/20/HowToReflashBIOS.html

Also I have another question, I used the option 2 below.

1. B0 G4900,G5500,G5600,8100,8300,8350[K,T]

2. U0 G5400,8400-8700[T,K],9100-9600[T,F]
P0-R0 9600K,9700-9900[K,F]

So I guess only cpus "U0 G5400,8400-8700[T,K],9100-9600[T,F] P0-R0 9600K,9700-9900[K,F]" will work, will old cpus like celeron 3900 or 6700k still keep working?

Edit: I will answer some of my question in case it can help others here trying the same approach.

First of all everything is pretty straight forward, the AllinOne.exe application does everything for you, you just need to drag the bios file to it and wait till it does everything for you, after that, it will create the bios that will need to be flashed via MSDOS, I tried q-flash and it said invalid bios, so it needs to be via MSDOS, here is a guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kV98J7Qmts in case somebody needs it, to boot to MSDOS and flash the bios.bin from there.

Second, my celeron 3900 still worked without any problems, so i guess the 6500, 6600,6700 will all work without any problems, as I chose the option 2, I need now to try using a coffee lake cpu. I will update my tests as soon as i get any.

Anyway, so far everything worked pretty good, I thank all the people involved in this, It's an amazing tool. Whoever made this should have some form of donation, many people would glad donate, bitcoin or ethereum address.

I made port-bios from Z370-F, it will work with any Sky/Kaby/Coffee CPUs, including 9900K.
Do not forget to transfer personal data from your current bios dump (using CoffeeTime or FD44Editor).
Yes, pinmod is required for any U0/P0/R0 Coffee Lake.

Hi. i am new. thanks for the tool. it worked for Gigabyte H110M-H motherboard and i5 9400f cpu.

this is what worked for me.
1- executed Allinone.exe (618 update), selected the latest bios from gigabyte page. they give me the modified bios with no errors in the automated procedure.
2- and then i created a bootable usb disk MSDOS with rufus. copied to the usb fpt flash tool, autoexec.bat and the modified bios renamed to "bios.bin". rebooted sistem from usb and flashed, Ok.
3- isolated pins in the i5 9400F from this picture, following the gigabyte colors reference https://2ch.hk/hw/src/3527903/15538858521071.png


now i want to mod Asus PRIME Z270-K, with the stock bios version 1207, modified with AIO.exe, AFUDOS tool for flashing and i tried many posible combination of pin mods (isolated pins with tape and connect with pencil HB2) i found and i cant to make it work. the fans turn on and shutdown in 1 second.
the intel ME firmware dont changed in bios after flashed. its still in 11.8.50.3470. its correct? (i understand the AIO tool downgrade to ME version 11.7.xxx automatically). Maybe something i does it was wrong?

Many Asus Boards have UEFI locks.

i Know. but the AFUDOS tool flashed bios without error messages like blocked uefi. maybe this [GUIDE] Grub Fix Intel FPT Error 280 or 368 - BIOS Lock Asus/Other Mod BIOS Flash solve the problem? i will post any update. thanks

AFUDOS should not report blocks. It just writes the parts that are accessible.

Hi. i tried to flash the Asus z270-k with FPT, Afuwin, realtek audio chip shortcircuit and modify the flash descriptor from GRUB without sucess (error 368 from fpt in all case). i decided to stop waste time and bought a ch341a programer and it works! first i flashed the biosmod from coffeetime but at second reboot i got problems after the post (irq error or page fault exception) so i flashed again with modified bios from AIO tool and seems to be good for now.

Edit: a blue screen appeared with error "irq less or not equal" or "page fault exception" when loading windows 10. The problem seems to be a memory module of 8gb 2666mhs crucial ballistix by micron. I removed this and solved. Tested playing battlefield v for 3 hours. so then i flashed modified bios with coffeetime failed because i didn't verified memory compatibiliti probably.

so this was my experience.
i just have take intesive bios flashing lessons accidentaly thanks to this.

My experience with audio mod were also mixed. On ALC 800 series with QFP package and contacts on the side I got 50:50 quota. But ALC 1150 with leadless package I didn't succeed at all.

Awesome job! Was wondering though what Vcore you set in bios to get 1.344v according to CPU-Z? Do you notice any discrepencies from what you set and what you get?

My 9700K will say I got 1.280 if I set 1.325v. So thinking going to have to experiment with voltage levels against stability testing because I have no idea whats my real vcore.

in the vrm power options i'm select the level 4 for cpu vcore variation (in tweaker's paradise) i'm set the vcore @1.36v but the real vcore is 1.344v :)
