I am not sure if this is proper section for this kind of problem, but here goes.

My Dell recently started to feel sluggish and I noted that the processor was capped to 800Mhz. I have checked CPU temps, battery, power brick, reinstalled Windows, updated BIOS and so on. Something keeps triggering BD_prochot even though there is no reason for it. Is it someway possible to disable this mechanism?
