At present it has been a bit of a crappy year, my sister in law passed last July, and father passed this April; neither Covid related. My brother narrowly survived an industrial accident which shattered his arm in about 6 places; resulting in much physio. Then this last month Covid ran through the household but fortunately we all survived about 4 weeks of crapulence using the Dr Vladimir Zelenko's Z-Stack protocol. Which you can find here:
