This is "new_vbios.dat" outed from step 4 vbios update.
For complete bios mod you can use one of automated tools mentioned in this thread.

sorry, but now when i try to open the vbios with uefitool it give me another error (uefi volume not found)

It's only vbios module. Open full bios image and replace it as in manual.

so @svarmod, i think i successfuly modded my bios, at the last steps, when i had to use the batch file UBU, i always choose the last choice (from updating cpu mircrocode), so the more recent one, more recent bios, etc... before i try to install the bios in to my mobo, i'd like to know if it's gonna work (if u want more info i can give it to u)
