Is there info anywhere what AMD microcodes are for which CPUs?

Or specifically, which version is for a 3950X?

I think I figured it out with HWInfo.

cpu00870F10 I think, it says in HWInfo my 3950x is 8701013 which is cpu00870F10_ver08701013_2019-06-11_F86D190A.bin on https://github.com/platomav/CPUMicrocodes/tree/master/AMD

How can I tell which CPU which microcode is for. The AMD one I'd really like to know.
