Yea, unless the board slot is not running at full speed or it not set correctly in, it mostly depend by the NVME manufacturer and it's advertised technology.
A test you can do to check if the NVME is affected by cheap component ( memory\controller ) is benching non-used empty zero data which should always equate for the advertised speed versus in use filled non-empty random data which could be a lot slower ( might become even more slower when the disk get fully filled ).
In mine opinion to work as advertised the NVME should give you the same result in both cases.

I switched graphic card with SSD and after DUET is loading system im getting Boot error. I switched back and works again. I watched in AIDA that my CPU supports only PCIE 2.0 so prob this slow down my ssd? Also i saw my ssd works on Marvell controlers but when i tried to update controlers in windows for marvell (from this site) it tells me that its a wrong one. But for some reason other controlers like for Plextors (which im using Plextor SSD) is working. Standard windows controlers also working. I wonder if changing controlers can change a bit speed?

I have sometimes sudden computer restarts without warning and notifications. Do u know what cause this?

Perhaps something unrelated could be the NVME if didn't happen without.
You should try to make the USB again.
If the system is UEFI compatible use the option without DUET and detach the USB after boot (in OS) to check.

Anyone knows is there are issues with ACPI using Duet-Refind?
I'm unable to Hibernate the PC, PC only gets locked. I need hibernation as sometimes I need to wake the PC with WOL and in W10 WOL is only enabled in S3 (sleep) and S4 (Hibernate) states.
Without Duet it hibernates fine.
Duet is being booted from sata hdd.

PC is Asus P6T Deluxe v2 (X58), Xeon x5680, 12gb ram. Windows is installed on Kingston A2000 500GB NVMe SSD and Akasa PCIe to M.2 adapter.

Hi, there no ACPI interaction or interpositioning communication with DUET.
Except for the reset during the UEFI boot stage your software has the full available control over the board.
Invalid state or inability to use certain sleep state can be caused by hardware add-on adapter or unstable system.
To check on adapter either remove the offending adapter or tape\cover\disable the adapter pins B5 (SMCLK) and B6 (SMDAT) - notice that if your hardware goes smoke by covering the GND nearby or by shorting something else in the process, I'm not responsible.
For instability lower the system clock to the factory default.

Covering those pins may not be an easy task so first I'll remove the card and install Windows via Duet in a sata device and check.
I'll report my findings later on.

Certain deep sleep level won't work anyway by design, or it will depend by the board feature implementation.
Most legacy bios won't retain outer memory portion and power to RAM will just be cutoff or fluctuate over the retention level.
Clover may do support the sleep level you are looking for by saving and restoring the portion (dunno). DUET doesn't access\interact or dump that data at any stages, let alone restore it.

Did some quick tests, in a clean Windows 10 install on NVMe, all with MS/WU drivers, the PC hibernated fine so the issue must have been some drivers I installed like chipset, sata or NVMe drivers.
I'll do a proper windows installation as I'm going to upgrade from a OCZ Vertex 4 to the Kingston A2000 to confirm.
Also "powercfg /A" command reports the available S states.

Good you solved.
Point is;
This build doesn't understand or listen to the OS running context.
If it's supported by your hardware and available to your software you should be able to get it working.

Why not boot off an internal harddrive or SSD rather than a USB stick, on a Yumi partition? Yumi Link. You can use Yumi boot loader internally with a secondary internal drive, or an external USB hard drive.

1. You must create a new partition on a secondary drive (must be secondary to boot drive);
2. Set the new partition to "ACTIVE" with MiniTool partition Manager Free; This allows the secondary partition to be booted.
3. Create an ISO [link] of a working DUET USB boot stick, and import it into Yumi as Unlisted ISO, to start, its wise to install to all "Unlisted ISO" options as often times one works and another will not, and it changes from program version to program version. For this to work you must copy / or change the name of the ISO.
4. In BIOS, set your primary boot drive to the Yumi drive; or use whatever boot up selection menu you have, select the yumi partition.

You may use a virtual USB emulator to help you create an ISO without actually using a stick. [link]

This way you can utilize the full speed of internal storage such as an SSD or m.2, and it spares you a thumb drive; and you can add it to the extensive list of bootable OS's and tools Yumi offers...

I've tried testing with a few dozen distribution presets, it but wasn't able to get it working; if someone out there is willing to do further testing with other distribution presets, perhaps one could find one to get it working; one may have to speak with the creator of yumi to get this ironed out.

Since my PC hangs when booting from usb (either by having usb 2.0 or legacy mode enabled, OS only boot with usb 1.1 mode, probably usb controller is broken) I just made a duet usb pen, used Minitool Partition Wizard (free) to image it to a sata drive and used the rest of the space (secondary partition) for storage.
Now it boots into duet and then into any efi os I have.
That way only two tools are needed:
Duet usb installer and MiniTool.

Hello, guys. When i'm select my flash drive with installer Win10 in DUET REFIND, Windows logo is loading and all stops - circle progress bar don't shown. I decided to wait 20 minutes, but nothing has changed.

How to fix that?

My motherboard - Asus P6T, NVMe drive - WD Black SN750, Windows 10 from official site, and installer, maded in Rufus, WORK on other UEFI computer, I'm check it. Install DUET2017 from this site, version 2019 don't work.
Settings in RUFUS - GPT, UEFI (non-CSM), and I'm try FAT32 and NFTS - in the case of both the same thing happens - it stops at the installer logo of Windows, and circle progressbar don't shown.

So you have two usb drives? One with duet and other with Win10 installer right? Does the computer freeze (like if you press caps lock nothing happens). 2019 build should work. My mainbord is similar to yours (P6T Deluxe v2). Do you have latest bios?
