I sent ssd to the service center, the service center sent the disk to the supplier of the manufacturer. ssd was recognized as defective and I was returned money. I bought the Samsung 960 Evo series 250GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4.
ACHI mode. SSD shows the full speed declared by the manufacturer. The problem is solved. ))
