I have some laptops where the serial data is missing and to late to brand it with the tools.
is there a way to clone a bios from a ok one with dos or windows program to the other ones ?

so basically a backup and restore.

a complete clone seems not to work, it simply won't post. keeping the ME and a fresh bios from the site does give me a post but it does a identy recovery from the embedded controller so back where I was basically.

but keeping the me and the bios from the donor does !
