@iRFS Maybe, if I have time. Its almost a full time thing maintaining updated driver packages for these boards and modding firmware for them. Really need to sort out a Patreon page or something as the PP donate button from what I've been able to find out at least I can't get unless I get an account for charities, or something like that. The literature isn't very easy to find in order to read about it in detail.

@ket I just noticed that the High Precision Event Timer (HPET) option seems to be missing in the K7 version of your modded BIOS. Not sure if this is the case in the other versions (5/K5). Can you confirm? I've looked through all the various menus, but can't find it. Did Gigabyte remove it, and it's difficult to restore?

@redrain85 the HPET option is in Chipset > Chipset Settings > Chipset Configuration > Chipset Options. Or, in short, its in the same place the Spread Spectrum options are :)

Unfortunately ASRock stock in my country is pretty low so the prices are skyrocketing :x

Doesn't 180 eur buy you a great X370/470 mobo tho? Like a Crosshair 6 Hero?

@PickMeNow that price well and truly puts you in X470 land for that money you can look at the MSI Gaming Pro Carbon, Asrock Taich, or MSI Gaming Pro, which is cheap compared to the other two but not to be underestimated for its price on paper its a very potent board, I've looked at its firmware and it has a plethora of great OC options and lots of load line calibration capabilities.
