On the Broadwell-e is not last cpu microcode!! your bios cpu microcode is 36 the new one is 37

For me the fastest my test cpu microcode for broadwell-e is 1C and maybe 19.i download last bios 4101 and i put 1C or 19 is fastest for me!

Hello guys as i have 6850k and Rampage v edition 10 Mobo i hava some questions
1st) what is the fastest microde for 6850k cpu 1c 19 or 22? (said in topic by @panosxidis and @Horstfuchs)
2st) if i put one of those fastest microcodes in latest bios 2101 overclocking will work or not?

It will be really difficult to find out which microcode is fastest, because really all results will fall within margin of error. Only one thing is for sure, for maximum performance you will want a pre-Spectre/Meltdown microcode. 22 was the last pre-mitigation microcode for Broadwell-E, so I guess you can start there and work your way down if you wanted to benchmark.
Your overclock will work if you have made sure that Windows will not use its own microcode update file (rename or remove mcupdate_genuineintel.dll) and disabled Spectre/Meltdown mitigations inside the Windows registry or with InSpectre.
