Updated to the latest fixed version. Same. I turn on the computer and after 10 seconds it turns off.

Probably, the hardware conflict of microcode 3A with Bios 3402.

Hey, @Sylar76 can you please build an updated uCode ffs with latest microcodes (2A BDW-E, 3C HSW-E, 14 BDW-E ES, 14 HSW-E ES) if it's not too time-consuming? Looks like I am doing something wrong with GenFFS =)
I know that 3C has some problems with performance, just want to play a little on linux with it.
P.S. I'll upload cpu306F1_platEF_ver00000014_2014-01-10_PRD_9F835FBB.bin if it's needed. Thanks!

I never used GenFFS. My method is based on the "old school".

What about the poor performance with 3C microcodes ?

I can't understand why from 3B-3C microcodes performance on Haswell-E (I'm using a 5930k) suddenly dropped.

Yep, it seems to slow it down. Will try to measure how much. Maybe the latest kernel could resolve this problem. Also it seems strange to me, as Windows updates uCode on startup (if i remember correctly). So why updated uCode in BIOS causes slow-downs...

Hey Sylar76, thanks for constantly updating. Can we not use the latest BIOS but with a previous microcode, like 3A? Shouldn't this solve the speed issues?

EDIT: Also, did the BIOS just got pulled? For some reason I do not see it on the website anymore.
