fpt -dumplock report Host CPU master is 00 00 FF FF, but when I flash bios still get Error 280 Failed to disable write protection for the BIOS space

That's not ME but BIOS-related. The Flash Descriptor is unlocked but that doesn't mean that the BIOS itself does not have protected sections. CodeRush knows these things.

This is called "BIOS Lock" and can be bypassed either by using SMM-based flashers like AFU, or just by using hardware SPI flasher. I prefer the second option.
