hello. I question whether it is a tool to modify the BIOS
what can be done and what
need tips and advice, step by step
Once I had the ASUS P5Q Deluxe and already I transformed in the bios msi I have no idea what and how

What do you mean with BIOS "disk" and how did you damage it?
If only the flashing media has been damaged, you should create a new one, but if the flashing procedure failed, you should do a CMOS clearing and - if necessay - a reflash with the original BIOS.

General advice:
A BIOS modification should not been done in a hurry and without any preparations.

Questions:
Have you read >this< thread?
Did you clear the CMOS?
Are you able to reflash the original BIOS?

Yes I cleaned the CMOS does not help that I can not upload anything again. First upload the next upload was ok with the newer driver for the gpu and I have a problem

Try different BIOS flashing procedures.
If you should not succeed, you have to ask the mainboard manufacturer for help. Maybe they will send you a new BIOS chip.
